The location is remote no one works there. You are advised to purchase storage online. I purchased storage online when I made it to the location. There was a lock on the storage already. I could not call anyone for assistance. I had to bring all of my furniture somewhere else, so I called the next day to tell them I no longer need the storage since I was sold one with a lock— I had to pay extra money for the U-Haul and the movers. Great location easy access secure
I was skeptical at first because the facility is a bit outside the city. It is a large facility with plenty of units and the space is well organized and maintained. Every time I go it is always clean and quiet. The staff I have dealt with is amazing. They are friendly and eager to help. They unit I rent is not climate controlled but I don’t need that anyway, more to the point, the price is fan-freaking-tastic. Getting outside the city the price drops dramatically. Man oh man, if you could have seen what this facility looked like before the new management came in you be astonished! The transformation of this facility is unreal. Great facility and great management! 5 stars for sure!
