I have been a regular at Jazz Fest for 30 years now. So far this year is great, with one noted exception yesterday. I was shopping at Congo Square and stopped to look at some long African style skirts. They had a small tag pinned to them with "made in Africa" handwritten on them . However, in the inside seam was a care tag that clearly stated"made in China ". It was booth X4. They were asking $60 for these skirts allegedly made by African artisans.
