Super happy with New Orleans Handyman! I was out of town and needed help with a small project. Connie was great to work with, very responsive. We spoke and texted several times as we worked through the details, which was really reassuring. On the day of the project, the technician did a fantastic job communicating and even sent a photo to confirm everything was correct before leaving. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

In May 2025, I had 2 pieces of furniture damaged by the Moving Van company as they were moving me in. A mirror was to be reattached to the dresser, but the helper dropped the attachments down the elevator shaft, and later dropped the drawer to my desk, knocking off the drawer handle. Filed a damage claim, but 2 months later still no resolution. I've used NO Handyman on two occasions. Once to install three some very heavy and complex window units and another time to install a shower door that had shattered in an all-glass shower. Both times they were efficient and effective. I would call them again (even though I hope not to have to).
I recently used them for 2 separate jobs. I love that I was able to reach out to them via their website and discuss the jobs through email. Both jobs were scheduled in a timely manner and completed when they said it would be. The workers were polite and thorough and I will use them again if needed. Great work!
