Had appointment for 1 got here early checked in been here for hours still no call to give me a idea where to be loaded
I had high hopes for this place today, after seeing the reviews. I was definitely disappointed. And that’s an understatement. I checked in at 8am, cause they allow you to hang out in the staging area. When 6pm hit for receiving to open I waited about 20mins before they called me to a door. Upon approaching the dock door I saw a bunch of trucks already docked. This is supposed to be a FCFS facility. And last time I checked, I was there before all of them.
