I had high hopes for this place today, after seeing the reviews. I was definitely disappointed. And that’s an understatement. I checked in at 8am, cause they allow you to hang out in the staging area. When 6pm hit for receiving to open I waited about 20mins before they called me to a door. Upon approaching the dock door I saw a bunch of trucks already docked. This is supposed to be a FCFS facility. And last time I checked, I was there before all of them. Very poor experience. The staff work extremely slowly, causing significant delays, wasted time, and even loss of loads and business opportunities. The employees show little sense of urgency and do not seem to care about drivers’ schedules. Because of their inefficiency, customers and drivers are forced to wait far longer than necessary. This level of service is unacceptable and creates serious problems for people who depend on timely loading and unloading.
