All the staff at New Oakland are professional and welcoming with patients who transferred from a closing facility The transition was flawless because there was no hassle with insurance or transferring over doctors or nurse practitioners. Great therapist, great doctors, great staff.All the way around... Always manage to make appointments in a timely manner... I haven't had any problems since i've been seeing them... Very happy with there services since my last Dr.'s @ B.C.O.M clinic closed , in Warren , Dr. Sandier replaced Dr.Dabaugh and when iPysici closed down I went with the nurse practitioner at New Oakland family services , they provide everything that meets your needs and mine thanks to Jessica
This is one of the worst practices I have ever had to deal with. After being a patient of Jessica’s for 4+ years I was dropped as a patient with ZERO notice or contact giving me a heads up that I will need to find another office for my medications. I did not have any idea until two weeks before needing my refills With absolute full knowledge that if I randomly stop any of my medications I could have a serious reaction.
