This clinic continues to provide Adderall to a severely addicted patient in spite of the fact that she takes a 30 day supply in 7 days and manipulates the system so she doesn’t have to do a urine test in a timely fashion. The patient is so severely addicted she is completely nonfunctioning and has jeopardized the welfare of her 3 minor children, and has a CPS case along with DV charges.
