I have had nothing but good things about New Oakland Farmington Hills. They all are respectful and very polite and friendly.
This clinic continues to provide Adderall to a severely addicted patient in spite of the fact that she takes a 30 day supply in 7 days and manipulates the system so she doesn’t have to do a urine test in a timely fashion. The patient is so severely addicted she is completely nonfunctioning and has jeopardized the welfare of her 3 minor children, and has a CPS case along with DV charges. I would strongly encourage your team to approach every patient and family as if they are new to your facility. There needs to be clearer guidance from the very beginning, including ensuring families leave with all necessary documents and a clear understanding of what to expect in the coming days. As a parent, it was extremely difficult to leave my 16-year-old daughter in your care for full days with little to no communication about what was happening, what progress was being made, or what the next steps would be.
