Dr. Podolak has been a great listener who offers practical, thoughtful strategies that taught me how to reframe my thought patterns in a way that has had an outsized impact on my day to day wellbeing. His calm, friendly nature helped me feel at ease and more ready to open up. Just meeting with him a handful of times offered me an array of tools that help me feel capable and ready to handle whatever anxieties arise.
I've had Evan as therapist fo a year and the progress has been amazing. Evan has a very rich life experience, extensive knowledge in psychology and great listening abilities.
