Seemed a nice enough and knowledgeable bloke when getting a quote but told me to come in at 9:30 (shop opens at 9 supposedly), he wasn't there even after waiting 15 minutes so we took our business elsewhere.

I had my muffler booked in at 9.30am (supposed to be open at 9am). Turned up a couple of minutes before 9.30 and the place was shut up. I called the number 3 times but no answer. I sat and waited for a while not sure what to do. I was all but ready to leave and he turns up, gets out of his car, glances back at me, unlocks the building and goes in. So I get out and went in only to get in there and no one was to be found. I waited and waited and decided to just leave. Terrible customer service!
