Coming here daily for wound care at Community Nursing. Some of the Nurses are terrible, near to criminal. I feel duress. They have not made us feel safe, nor respected our privacy. Appointment bookings on weekends are never fixed and are changed in a forced manner. The head of the nurses Rachel, a difficult person, unprofessional, not the best choice for head of nursing. They need to clean up their staff problems.
