had an absolutely terrible experience at NAILS AND SPA, and I am compelled to share the upsetting incident that occurred during my daughter's visit. The staff was shockingly rude and uncaring towards my little 9-year-old daughter who was there to get her nails painted for her birthday. In an appalling display of insensitivity, one of the main women in charge got upset, walked up to my daughter, grabbed her by the jacket, and yanked her outside, insisting she had to leave. DO NOT GO TO THIS DISGUSTING NAIL SALON PLEASE !! I had an absolutely horrendous experience at NAILS AND Spa, and I feel compelled to share my nightmarish encounter. After getting my eyebrows waxed at this salon, I developed a terrible infection that now resembles a cold sore.
