had an absolutely terrible experience at NAILS AND SPA, and I am compelled to share the upsetting incident that occurred during my daughter's visit. The staff was shockingly rude and uncaring towards my little 9-year-old daughter who was there to get her nails painted for her birthday. DO NOT GO TO THIS DISGUSTING NAIL SALON PLEASE !! I had an absolutely horrendous experience at NAILS AND Spa, and I feel compelled to share my nightmarish encounter. After getting my eyebrows waxed at this salon, I developed a terrible infection that now resembles a cold sore. It's clear that they used unsanitized wax, and I am now dealing with the consequences of their negligent and unhygienic practices.
