I have been a client at New Nails nearly 9 years, nearly as long as Alaura has had her business. Alaura is an artist for sure, clients leave her salon exhibiting works of art. The salon is spotless, and her tools of the trade are clean and sanitized. I have referred many people to this salon. Everywhere I go, I receive compliments on my nails, from men and women alike! Amber has been doing an amazing job with doing my nails since I started getting my nails done with her in April. I am especially in love with how she did my nails tonight! Amber is also the kindest person to talk to. I highly recommend getting your nails done here!
I have been seeing Amber once a month since May and thanks to her my Nails are finally growing and always look amazing. Everyone who works in the shop are always super friendly and are always full of laughs and smiles. I can always throw out an idea and it comes to life every time. I have been to other nail salons in the area and I have never had such amazing service and a professional connection with any of the salons I have been to until my first visit at Alaura's. I highly recommend!!!!!
Im really disappointed with the manicure I got here. The polish is uneven, lumpy, and already lifting at the edges within a day. The shape is inconsistent and the cuticle work was sloppy. This is not the quality I expected for the price, and I feel like the service was rushed and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.
After months of coming here, I’ve never had a bad experience and would be so surprised if anyone ever did. The girls are fantastic!! Alaura knows exactly what she’s doing and is training such a wonderful team. Everyone is so kind, so talented, and has always done amazing work for me. Fill? Pedicure? Anything you want? They’re gonna do it and do it well!!
