Update: I contacted the owner and he was quick to get me in to try to rectify the issue. They did a better job this time around, but told me I should have asked for the cheese grater for my feet instead of assuming it would be used, which I don’t believe should be the case. Anyhow, staff are very friendly, and they ensured I was happy with the service before leaving. Not home two hours after having my nails done and they're is already a chip in the polish.
I’ve been here a few times and usually my experience is pleasant but today I had the luxury of having Ellie doing my nails. She was so patient, kind, and meticulous. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted and I didn’t feel rushed out at all. I highly recommend booking with her!!!♥️

I had an appointment and still waited over 30 minutes (and there were several other people also waiting despite having appointments booked). I ended up having to leave without even getting my nails done as I would’ve been late to work if I stayed for the appointment. When I said this, the nail tech offered to do my nails “quick” but I was not going to risk paying for a bad nail job because she was rushing, and truthfully would rather support a business with better customer service.
