Always a great experience at New Nails. Booking is easy. The manager is organized and accommodating. Every nail tech is friendly and does a great job. I typically book with Sarah - I can’t recommend her highly enough for the excellent work she does.
After being a being a loyal customer For sometime now, I’m not impressed as I was on my way to the Salon and they called me and told me they double booked me and and they canceled my appointment and it’s Saturday and I can’t get it anywhere else and they struggle to accommodate their mistake. They chose to book in the person who called over the phone and they asked the person who booked online to cancel. Finally, a nail salon where we felt welcome! Everyone was so kind and friendly and happy to give great service. My daughter and I both received fantastic pedicures. We finally found our nail spot! 🩷🩷
It's a great little nail salon. Everyone's very friendly. It's very busy but they're very efficient.
