I’ve been a loyal customer of Nail House for over 25 years. The salon is clean, everyone is very friendly and it’s a very relaxing environment. Esther, the owner, has been doing my nails since the beginning, but for some reason if I’m not able to book my appt with her, there are so many other employees that do a fantastic job too. You cannot go wrong with anyone you choose to do your manicure, pedicure, massage or any of the other various services they offer. If you haven’t yet, try Nail House, you won’t regret it!!

Super disappointed with my visit tonight. I've been going there for many years so was surprised when half way through my pedicure the owner walked behind my massage chair and disconnected the power. Luana said "she is using that" he ignored her and just continued preparing to close. No I wasnt a last minute walk in. I was on time for a scheduled appointment. So while the remaining staff sat on their phones I sat in my motionless chair for the next 15 minutes. When I was done I said to him it was not ok to turn the power off.... read more

I’m always happy with my service at Nail House in Northvale. They have good availability for appointments and have excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, and I recommend my friends to go here too! Highly recommend!

I went here for a full set. The woman that helped me didn’t put tips she put full nails with like some tube gel glue.As I cooked through the week the glue would melt and become sticky around my nails until eventually they came off. A week later I have no nails and charged $120. Pop up nails from $5 Below last longer. Bad service
