Rush job on my pedicure, I had to ask for hotter water, towel wasn't warm and wont the cleanest and then over charged me by $10

Grossly on sanitary, dirty environment, dirty tools, dirty floor, cobwebs, blowing from the vents. Did not see any cleaning solution anywhere for the tools that they were using. Also obviously cheap nail polish because two hours later well after any allotted time for drying my toes smeared completely just by folding some clothes and brushing an item against them The person who did my nails literally was pausing in between the process to read her phone. Could be better, the guy kept missing paint and I had to keep correcting him and I've left to find out that paint is still missing on some of my nails. AND they over charged me on a fill because it states on their desk that it says a fill is 35 and they charged me 45. I tried to explain to the guy and he just kept saying "45". But at least the quality of the nails are little better than Essex Nails.

Worst nail experience ever. Technician drilled four holes in my natural nails after I told her three times that these are my nails I need to soak off. Instead of waiting for the remover to work to soften she drilled four holes in my nails to my meat. The guy got mad when I said I’m not pay full price.
