Just completed a weekend with these guys, lots of knowledge with the ability to teach others. Great way to wind down and relax. Completed a few spoons at their workshops. Thoroughly recommend them.
Polly and Rachel are the most generous teachers who, not only know their craft so well, but get joy from sharing it with others. They’re renowned amongst spoon carvers in Australia and internationally for their skills, talents and generosity.
Paul is a beaut craftsman, empathetic teacher and above all a great fella. Make time to do some carving with him!
Polly and Rachel are, to use the old phrase, ‘Top Shelf’ people. I have attended a couple of Marmalade Sessions in Eden, a mini Marmalade in Tumut and stayed in the (now complete) cabin on their property in Towamba so I have some experience to draw on when I say “You’ll be hard pressed to find better teachers, kinder people or more generous hosts” As Molly used to say - “Do yourself a favour”, visit them, learn from them and have a (insert colourful language) good time.
Polly & Rach are a great team. Both are dedicated crafts people and skilled teachers. The carving courses they offer are well worth it and they make sure you have fun. Thank you
