First rate work. Bill takes much pride in doing it right. He is smart and a good communicator. "Handyman" is not really the right word for him--he does hard stuff and he does it right. He redid my bathroom and the framing, backing, tile, grout, was all perfect.

New Moon Properties did a great job replacing the bottom of our exterior T1-11 siding that was rotting, with beautiful metal. They paid attention to detail and installation is perfect. Great communication on the progress of the job. I highly recommend this company!

Jill & I contacted Bill about helping us with patching a small damaged Stucco area. Bill was incredibly responsive in his communication fitting us in on his day off. While difficult to match the color exactly, the repair was professionally done and hard to see the difference unless you know it is there. We highly recommend New Moon Properties!
