My friend went in to get his nails done for a special event. He only wanted a design done in natural nails. He was told it could be done but he needed to wait for a nail tech who was on her way. After a 20 minute wait she refused to do his nails because he wanted it done on natural nails. She started comparing about him to another employee and completely humiliated him.
Call ahead before going in just to make sure they can attend you!! Mayu did my pedicure and it was amazing. She did an amazing job and trimmed my toe nails that we’re both bothering me. Definitely coming back!
Unfortunately my experience here wasn't the best. My tech, who I'm assuming is the owner, booked my sister and I for 3:30 for two full sets, also booked two other people for 4 pm. Those poor ladies had to wait a half hour for their appointment because my tech decided to schedule 2 more appointments half an hour after mine started with only 2 employees at the salon. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful spa experience!~ Me and my mom went here and they were amazing, we both got manicures and pedicures and our feet feel the softest they ever been, and our nails look beautiful!~
