What a great place for a massage. Many places skip the neck and forearms, but New Modern Reflexology makes sure to include them — which I really appreciated. I left feeling loose, refreshed, and fully relaxed, especially after a week of workouts and long hours working on a computer. The service was excellent. If you need to loosen up and recharge, this is definitely a great place to go. Highly recommended!
Had an amazing foot massage from Wendy and her assistant Happy. I would definitely recommend. I tipped more than the $10 mandatory tip because it was an amazing massage. $10 seems low to be honest.
They force a $10 tip, and it is charged per service, not per person, which feels very unreasonable. The 45-minute ear cleaning session lasted only about 15 minutes and was very painful. The massage also ended about 5 minutes early. Overall, the experience was rushed and disappointing. I will never come back.
The ladies were nice but not the most professional. They talked all the time, and we paid for 60 minutes but only got 54. We were not very pleased, but we were forced to pay a minimum of $10 per person on top of the full 60-minute session fee.
cozy environment, amazing service! Feel so relaxed after the massage. The customer service is really warm. Will for sure come back here for another one.
