Fabulous…interviewed numerous vendors..I wanted a company that did the work themselves & did not have the work subbed out..This company had all 5 star reviews..Instead of a salesman coming out to look over the job & give a quote..one of the owners, Daniel..came..extremely professional..A 2 day job..workmen just finishing up now..worth every penny.
New Model Team refinished our lanai a couple weeks back and we’re thrilled with the results. The team was courteous, prompt, and did a fabulous job, all at a competitive price. Look them up for your next lanai refurbishing project, they won’t disappoint!
We had our pool cage repainted and rescreened. The guys did a great job. Fantastic prep work to protect and cover the rest of the lanai, and completed in only three days. Looks like new!

An outstanding company with highly skilled and professional workers. Job was quickly estimated by a truly capable salesman, contract was signed and even though we are just getting over two hurricanes and live up here in Citrus County a 4 man crew showed up and in 3 days restored my screenroom to better than new, w/ pressure washing, w/ new SS screws, w/sand and paint, w/ new designer doors, w/new screen and Glas shield screen.
