An outstanding company with highly skilled and professional workers. Job was quickly estimated by a truly capable salesman, contract was signed and even though we are just getting over two hurricanes and live up here in Citrus County a 4 man crew showed up and in 3 days restored my screenroom to better than new, w/ pressure washing, w/ new SS screws, w/sand and paint, w/ new designer doors, w/new screen and Glas shield screen. Unfortunetly, this is not a 4 or 5 star review. It's been a week (6 full calendar days) since I spoke with a rep., after I emailed them, about the missing screw. I had to make sure my email did not end up in their spam folder again. Still waiting Even though I spoke with one of the owners about my experiences with past contractors. We love our new Pool Enclosure! I contacted New Model Rescreening after Hurricane Ian took down our old one, and Carlos took the time to explain our options and go over the possibilities for reconstruction. They put in a Clearview screen, which gives a full 40 Ft section without supports in the middle. Jose is the engineer, and he was even able to recommend improvements over our original plan.
