Went to New Mode Wig & Beauty today 6/30/25 around 3:40 p.m. Whoever the man was working the register and only person I saw in the store was very RUDE to me! I simply asked a question about a product and he replied to me very aggressively and nasty, in a tone like we knew each other and were enemies. I couldn't understand why he felt it was ok to speak to me in that manner HOWEVER, I surely let him know THESE hard working coins of mine will definitely be spent elsewhere!!! I stopped by New Mode Wig and Beauty to grab some foam rollers to curl my hair. I got there about 15 minutes before closing, so the store was pretty quiet—I was the only customer. The same clerk was there, and as always, he was kind, helpful, and polite to both me and my kids. The store is on the smaller side, but it's packed with products.
