Terrible. They failed to file a discharge of tax sale certificates and discharge of a lis pendens which significantly complicated the sale of my client's home. 3 years later. When my client is now selling his home and these items came up in the title search, I reached out to this company and I did not receive any explanation as to why these issues weren't resolved 3 years ago. No accountability and no explanation. Just a lot of unbillable time on my part as the attorney.
