Edit: I got a text and call from the tech at NMT and he apologised. He told me that he was unable to come as he was in no network zone and thereby unable to show up for the repairs. I’m also updating my review to 2 star due to his acknowledgement of the mistake. I callled the New millennium tire tech around 9:30 and informed him that I’ll reach my 10:30 at golden for the tire blown out repair. We discussed the price and confirmed the time. Trailer bearing blew and we were stranded in Golden. We saw Jack in the parking lot of the Esso and very quickly identified the issue. We were able to find the parts at Napa Auto Parts and were on our way in less than 2 hours. Very good service, friendly, and professional. Thanks Jack for the amazing service!
