Don't do it! We are having to tear off this newer roof, section by section, as we save up enough funds to replace it. Everything about the installation of the foam roof was just wrong (surface preparation, lack of proper drainage, poor adhesion of foam, problems with the spray equipment/chemical blending during installation, etc.). It has caused us so many nightmares and lots of stress in trying to resolve things and fix the damage to our home.
