When we went to sell our home he explained how everything goes from the market to how to present our home so it would sell. I feel like he was honest from the very beginning and helpful along the way.
If I could give 0 stars I would… BUYER BEWARE! I was showed a townhome in downtown Ocala, expecting a downtown scenery type situation, chic and quiet. I mean yeah if you’re talking about a gross roach infested alleyway in downtown. Building owner claimed to not know about this issue but it’s so obvious you’d have to be blind to not notice!! Brian Cox is a Façade. This Company has lied to be since the beginning. I should have read the comments. first his they lose the lockbox for the unit then try to blame me and my family asking if we had taken it. then proceeded to warn me and my family that they would be pressing charges against. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 4
Never in my life have I ever dealt with any company as bad a this one! from the beginning they seemed sketchy and i knew they were not telling the truth about the units condition. Based on the photos everything looked alright but upon arriving in person, there were roaches crawling on the kitchen countertop as they were trying to read us the lease contract. the realtor was completely ignoring the bug problem not to mention all the clearly last minute restorations that were made probably right before I arrived.
