My grandmother was in need of help. I was refered to this agency by a friend and never looked back. They have been servicing my grandmother for a year and a half now and i can;t be happier. They are attentive and always available in case of emergency and i mean like 3am emergency they will pick up the phone. So i give a them all the stars cause from our experience they just cant get better.
My mother just come out of the hospital and her insurance did not cover home care, New Millenium assisted us with obtaining medicaid. The process was smooth and easy, my mom had coverage in no more then 2 weeks. The Aide is wonderful (trust me, if she can deal with my mom she is an expert).
