Awful experience. Called ahead, got the green light to come in for a tire swap with my own tire, but service completely fell apart upon arrival. An employee told me to wait and went to lunch, followed by another staff member telling me the entire crew was out to lunch. Incredibly unprofessional—I am never returning
The owner was very nice,I was running behind he waited for me for 45mins after closing.
Poor service, no communication. Asked me to back in . Then walked away with out a word , I went looking for him the receptionist said he might be on lunch break .what ever happened to customer service, selective service here . Another tire guy showed up and said he is going on a lunch break now and will help me out in 25 mins . Since I got here 2 tire guys went on a lunch break and left me hanging around.
