This place has gone to shit. Trailer sat there for 2 weeks and still not fixed right. Had to bring truck back in twice to get a simple repair. Nobody checks nothing. Had a new rad installed. Had to go over there work and fix leaks. Hit wall driving it in and tried to blame me. They straitened the bracket but I had to get new step. Have to take pics of your truck at drop off to cover your ass. Time to go elsewhere
My experience at The New Millenium Edmonton Tire was not so good. The guy named Goldy at the reception tried to rip me off by charging $120 extra for the part they changed in my car. They reduced the price when I confronted them and by calling the mechanic. I go to this shop because of my trust in the mechanics but making $120 margin from one costumer is completely wrong. Good customer service
I went to New Millenium Edmonton Tire and Lube because their prices seemed good, but my experience was extremely disappointing. After getting my tires rotated, they didn’t even check the air pressure, leaving it dangerously low — and when I came back to get it fixed, they took forever and didn’t properly adjust it. The lack of basic care was frustrating and unsafe. On top of that, the overall service felt disorganized and inconsiderate. Very disappointing experience. They did not fix my car properly and did not guide us at all about the issue. Instead of solving the problem, my car ended up in worse condition than before. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
