I stopped by to check out the animals and was underwhelmed. At least half the enclosures were empty, and it was sad to see all the animals living by themselves. At least the entrance fee will go towards rehabilitating wildlife.
Wonderful place to visit! They have ambassador animals that you can see and learn about during the weekend encounters. Great ideas for Christmas gifts--you can get a painting done by Pepper the raccoon. And injured wild animals are treated at the hospital. Small admission to get in and donations are appreciated to provide for the animals. The raptors are so interesting!
