I was able to let go of one habit ,and gain new healthy habits , with out the people in the program and the facility workers everyone included from the owners , the nurses , medical staff , therapist , direct care staff if it wasn’t for all of them and there support and influence to keep going I don’t think I would have stayed . Medical treatment was denied. The patient could not breathe, hear or sleep. His surgery was denied after a doctors note was provided and the facility nurse approved. Administration was too lazy to make happen. The patient completed 90 day treatment, the counselor signed off on his graduation. Administration denied his success. They are keeping people against their will and fraudulently using insurance. I have filed a complaint with the New Mexico Department of Behavioral Health. Go elsewhere.
This place goes against a lot of city laws potentially putting clients at risk of their sobriety every day. Idk how they’re still open! They’re a complete joke. Terrible management they need leadership that actually know how to be good leaders ! They’re discriminating against good employees and accuse people of things that they didn’t even do! They do not take the time to understand and listen to their staff whatsoever. I do not recommend this business for employment!
