Amazing experience. This makes my 4th baby to have an ultrasound and some being high risk ultrasound but this one was the most a fun and exciting experience I have ever had at all the ultrasounds. Was informative of each step being made during the appointment. The Tech was friendly and kept the excitement of another baby to come throughout the whole appointment! time management is something to work on, i waited over 45+ minutes for an ultrasound, even after coming in earlier than the check in time. Professionalism is definitely needed as well, i’ve had 3+ echos because they could not get results they needed, pain was felt during ultrasound, little to no speaking was made after complaining about pain multiple times times. Do Better!
Tech was friendly & amazing. she told me step by step what she was going to do & explained all of the images we seen. very great!!
You’re were perfect best service ever she was so sweet and kind and experienced the best person that I had ever had keep up the good work need more people like her she explain everything where I could understand she was wounderful
