I went to inquire about purchasing property there. Got to the access road and it had strongly worded NO TRESPASSING with a call box which press the button but no response. A passerby inform me that I should not processed up the road. He did refer me to go down another road to the office. I did and found that the members had a dispute that resulted in the members dividing the group in two. The group I was able to talk to are a remote hosting observatory only.
