Decent prices, but if they keep raising the rents like they have, that won’t be the case anymore. I’d recommend doublechecking some other places too—And how stable their rent is.
Great place with excellent customer service. The units and grounds are incredibly clean, well-lit, and secure. I felt completely safe leaving my belongings here. He is friendly and made the move-in process quick and easy. Highly recommend! He was very nice to us!! Made us feel so welcomed!

I rented a unit here for 3 years. The father and son that own and operate this business are honest and respectable people. The fact that they are the cheapest around is just an additional bonus. Between the price and the location near Cannon Air Force Base- you just can’t beat it.
The owner Ernie Wright is amazing. My husband died and I needed a storage unit very quick. He set me up with a 5x10, there was a very secure lock and he gave me the ultimate gift he gave me the first and second month free. I will be renting the unit indefinitely. I would highly recommend NM Self Storage.
