Such a great experience! The front staff is amazing, they know me by name, always greet me with kindness, are extremely prompt, and maintain professionalism! FNP Rocha is AMAZING, she actively listens to my concerns, recognizes my personal needs, and is very knowledgeable in medical care. This is the best Family practice in Las Cruces. I know, from experience, it’s difficult to find quality providers in southern NM. Give them a shot, you won’t regret it!
Very caring and professional staff. Dr. Pai has excellent attention to detail. Very personable. NMPCG is the best.
Ellen and her MA, Jessica, are the most attentive people!! Always address any issue I have immediately and always follow up! The front office staff is also very good. Gets things scheduled without issues! Thank you everyone!!
