I never leave reviews, but I am compelled to do so with this clinic. I was referred here from another clinic because medication was no longer working and this clinic does procedures that may help me. My first visit I brought¹ the disc of an MRI I had done recently. The assistant to Dr Coleman tried to bring it up on the computer but couldn't get it to open. Dr. Coleman turned and said to me I know exactly what you need. A spinal cord stimulator and we could set up time for the trial. Since my neurosurgeon from Missouri had s... read more

First, let me say the office ladies are helpful and friendly. I am one of those people who do exactly what the doctor tells me to do. I do not argue with the doctor and I do not pretend that I am feeling better when I’m not. I have chosen to use another Pain Center because I don’t feel like I am talked to like an adult here. Going here always caused me more anxiety. They have me give a urine sample and then I wait up to an hour, sometimes two, for a scheduled appointment. Please do not go here if you want to be treated ike a... read more

Please don’t go here. People go to pain management when they’re at their wits end! Do NOT go here. The doctor seemed okay, but he refused to look at the documentation I brought from an already diagnosed issues & he tried to tell me he didn’t think I have what I’ve literally been diagnosed with. They refuse to look at your files & order MRIs & X-rays that they NEVER send the pre authorization or paperwork for. The office manager does NOT call you back when you have a serious complaint. My MRI got cancelled because of this pai... read more

Don’t go here! I went and I couldn’t believe that people said it’s the best pain management in town. The office never send the pre authorization for my MRI & everything go cancelled. I called them back & forth today without a solution. I am still waiting for their manager to call me back so I can make a complaint. I will not be returning here. There are extremely long wait time (4 hours) just to see a provider. Then when you don’t have a procedure, they make you see the PA & I still don’t even have a diagnosis. Only come her... read more

Short wait time. Friendly support staff. Dr. Coleman explained things in great detail and didn’t act like he needed to rush on to the next patient. He provided a plan to eliminate my back pain which my previous pain doctor was unable to accomplish. His assistant entered all notes of the visit in real time which was immediately available on the patient portal. One of the best doctors I’ve been to in Las Cruces. Update: There was a 2 hour wait the second time I went. 🥴
