Short wait time. Friendly support staff. Dr. Coleman explained things in great detail and didn’t act like he needed to rush on to the next patient. He provided a plan to eliminate my back pain which my previous pain doctor was unable to accomplish. His assistant entered all notes of the visit in real time which was immediately available on the patient portal. One of the best doctors I’ve been to in Las Cruces. This is easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at any doctors office or for that matter at any place where I am the customer I am disabled. I went to this place in great pain. I have numerous medical problems. I was treated like an adversary. I filled out all the paperwork they wanted, which was more than any doctor had ever asked me for but several weeks transpired between that and my appointment when I arrived, they mentioned they were switching systems and that I might have to fill out the paperwork again I explained t... read more
The staff is incredibly incompetent. DO NOT GO TO THIS PAIN CLINIC! The doctors were nice but you have to go through the staff to see the doctors and the staff is awful. They don’t care about their patients. They left me in withdrawal for almost a week and when I filed a grievance, they got angry and discharged me. They said they were discharging me because I said the word “shit” in a phone call. The truth is, that they were angry I had filed a grievance. Can't even keep there own appointments and dr Coleman would rather be stuck in el Paso doing procedures instead of being in las cruces to see his patients very very sad
