The care given by the staff and physicians is efficient, compassionate, professional and effective.
Mixed experience this time around. Not sure how to rate it.. Dr was great got in quickly but getting into PT is a long wait, and the issue is getting worse by the day. Was told if I want to get in to PT sooner to go somewhere else. Really, that was not what I expected to be told. UPDATE: Finally talked with Michelle in scheduling and she found me a cancelation slot. Was seen by Tyler today. So now the rehab can start.
It is nearly impossible to call in for an appointment or scheduling. I have waited "1st in line" for 20-30 minutes with no resulting contact. I have used the "we will call you back" option and not received any call back or in one case 2 days later.
