I had been here before they were great Tammi liz, Faith that is why I came back to NM Ortho
Dr. Franco is great but the facility suffers from too many patients, not enough staff. The cannot be reached by phone without long wait/call back. Also difficult to find the physical location, very frustrating. Though I arrived 30 minutes early, I drove in circles for longer than that, not finding them. I complained reasonably and pleaded that I be seen though I was late and they did accommodate me, so relieved. Not a pleasant experience overall until I was with the doctor.
Everything went extremely well, from checking in at the front desk to being seen by the physician, everyone was so nice. I had all my questions answered professionally and courteous . Thanks to the staff.
