Angel the front desk phone receptionist very rude and not helpful at all , I’ve had a broken wrist for well over a month now to where my cast is falling apart, I’ve been calling to schedule a follow up for weeks now and she keeps telling me to hold on and putting me on hold. I own a business it’s hard to find free time to myself for things like this and I can tell you this is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t be surprised if my hand heals incorrectly because of this unprofessionalism.
Emilio my nurse, Lauren , Bethany my anesthesiologist .. Morgan my post op nurse Doctor Kevin McGee. Thank you wonderful care and service. Full shoulder replacement. Emilio kind and funny, Bethany friendly and thorough, Morgan really caring . You all made my first surgery in this state not so scary and took great care of me. Thank you doctor McGee I am healing well as far as 5 days out
My friend had her shoulder replacement here and it was an amazing experience. Everything went so smooth and all of the staff were very professional. They helped a stressful experience to be relaxing. The post op care and teaching made the transition to home a breeze. We highly recommend.
