My friend had her shoulder replacement here and it was an amazing experience. Everything went so smooth and all of the staff were very professional. They helped a stressful experience to be relaxing. The post op care and teaching made the transition to home a breeze. We highly recommend.
The facility, staff and standard operating procedures are second to none. I cannot express enough how grateful and fortunate I am to have had both knees replaced with this group! AWESOME!!!
Surgery went well but walk in staff needs improvement on not being rude little girls.
I have been in chronic pain for three years since I was first injured. I kept asking my Dr for help but was ignored. I had a major bout of sciatica and during that time I had a Dr's appointment. It was only then she took notice and sent me to physical therapy. That was six months of excruciating pain. Then my Dr dropped the ball for another year. I've since discontinued that one's services. Dr Averna does a great job! He talks you through the whole procedure which helps with the anxiety of it. I also had great service from some of the nurses Todd and Kelsey both made me feel very comfortable and are very knowledgeable.
