Was told at the time of service I would have to pay 0 amount with the type of insurance I have. Then I was sent a bill saying i need to pay for 20% of the service. I was told by 2 staff members I had to pay nothing. Once at check in and once at check out. Then when I called to ask how it can go from 0 amount to 20%. They say they don't know how much insurance will pay for and its my job to know how much I'm responsible for. I was told they fall under a specialist so I would have 0 copay.
