I called and needed help yesterday. I spoke with Monica. She was happy to help me. She fixed my issue with no hassle. She was calm and understanding. She didnt make me feel like I was a bother. She even went above and beyond and offered to stay on the line until i was able to log into my account. I've been a customer of MFA for 13 years and it just made me happy to get such great service. Do not trust their payment systems. Lost 50 points on my credit score today because of how screwed up their online payment system is. You have to jump through hoops to get auto draft working. Just overall not a pleasant experience and it caused permanent damage. After multiple phone calls they still couldn’t explain how I missed a payment I setup.
