I closed on a property with Sam handling the signing. The experience was excellent. The location is nice, facilities clean, and Sam understood my needs and was as accommodating as he could be. Before I even start going off… Maria is awesome. She’s kind and patient and was helpful with the closing process.. but CHAD HAND??!? He was rude and acted as if us having questions and issues with the closing documents was inconvenient to him. The closing cost changed a significant amount between closing and two days before closing and when we approached him about it he seemed as if he didn’t have time to research or fixed the problem. Turns out, he messed up and didn’t communicate with the broker. Smh
The best customer service both on phone and in person. Always very professional with big smiles. Highly knowledgeable teammates working for the customers. They share great advice to understand all the steps, for all the services they provide us. As a happy customer I will always send new customers to New Mexico Land & Title Company.
