These are the laziest bunch of people. One would think with NM paving crew so close to the state line (20-30 miles) that New Mexico would have better highway roads. However, that's not the case with these folks. They sit around, generally hidden under bridges or other places, in their pickups or equipment and sleep for the vast majority of the day - all at tax payers money.
