My first appointment with Dr. Mazer was fantastic. He was very good at educating me on the issues pertinent to my heart arrhythmia. The visit was also very reassuring that I am in great hands under his care. I felt like he asked me great questions and listened very carefully to my answers to fully understand my situation and medical history. Dr. Mazer takes time to make sure all concerns are discussed. I’ve always felt he sees each patient as unique, and makes sure to address the individual needs.
He did a procedure for me 5 years ago and when symptoms finally came back we knew we had to see him again. Tried seeing cardiologists in our area who wouldn’t listen and didn’t show the care we felt from Dr Mazer. Finally we decided to pay out of pocket and drive 3 hours. We left with all questions answered and new medical plan which we were finally comfortable with. His staff was also amazing. I walked into the appointment and they were already caught up on my situation and had submitted medical requests for my records.
