Please tell me if its normal for a doctor to walk in examing room and ask new patient if they have any questions bout the emergancy department diagnoses? That was it, there was not any state of the art test or screening, or any of the what to expect from the HEART INSTITUTE. WHY?
RecommendedNever a problem, appointments, waiting time, good doctor communication. What's not to like?
I believe the process for making an appointment is arduous. You have to go into the other room in the corner, write your name down and wait just to make an appointment.
I have been there many times, have experienced a warm, caring professional staff and doctors. I will continue to rely on them to keep me healthy because I know I 'm in good hands. Thank you!
