United Health Care scammed me one of their SUPPLIMENTAL plan agents asked me all the health questions and said she filled out the application and will send it in and I should hear if I got on their SUPPLIMENTAL plans in about # weeks and after 3 wks I never heard back from them so I called SUPPLIMENTAL plan dept and asked to speak to manager she said her name was Maryann Stair and she needed a picture of my Social Security card and I told her no way I never biethat to any one but SS or Medicare but she told me bc I had been ... read more

NM health connection left the state of NM 12/31/2020 and left my wife with out insurance. We found another provider and today I get a notice in the mail they will be taking her auto payment 3/20. WAKE UP! We are in NM and you do not do business here.
I really like this insurance company! Sad to hear that they will no longer be providing insurance 2021. Every time I have had to call NMHC they have always been super responsive and nice. One time my doctors office called me and told me that I didn’t have insurance I freaked out and called NMHC and they had my back and told me that if anyone ever tells me that I don’t have insurance to call their customer help line and they will get it straightened out. Absolute horrible customer service. Never sent the EOB to my healthcare provider and is now making me give a phone number to them for another company to get that information. All my interactions have resulted in more problems and no solutions. The agents on the phone haven't been helpful and don't seem knowledgeable, especially about dual insurance. And never trust your bill or what it says online, always double check with your service provider and call an agent. I will never purchase this insurance again.
