Well we did order and receive drawer handles and knobs that we requested, we needed some additional handles. We have made multiple phone calls and emails with no response. We see that there are multiple past poor reviews for fireplace issues. We are therefore led to the conclusion that there is a systemic problem with service and desire to excel. Not necessarily recommend intermountain but I can echo previous complaints and therefore not recommend fireplace gallery for a kitchen remodel or fireplace installation. We will not... read more
