Anytime I have had to call the office with a question regarding a customer's policy the employees here are extremely rude and very reluctant to help. They act as if you've asked the impossible out of them. What exactly is the job description of these people? Dealing with these rude, angry people is just as bad as dealing with the rude employees at the MVD. Hire new people already!
