I am saddened to read the reviews for this company on here. My whole family and I have been going to this company for over 20 years and have never experienced any of the things that are being said about them. I highly recommend New Mexico Eyecare to everyone.
Never saw such incompetence in my life. The owner didn’t even know how to turn on the computer. They soaked me for over $800 out of pocket and still want me to return. I want my medical records to go somewhere else. They pull this eye doctor out of retirement because the doctor they hired wouldn’t work there. Shame on me for going there.
I only gave this a 1 because I couldn't give it a zero. WORST place ever. Both my husband and I were given the WRONG prescription for glasses. Had to go to another Dr. to get the right prescriptions. Do not go to this place. Incompetent Dr. and RUDE staff out front to boot. DO NOT GO HERE. You have been warned!
The women at the desk are rude and Unprofesional. While one of them was calling to place an order for my sons glasses she decided to make it a personal call. We orderd his glasses 2 weeks ago and they still havnt come in. I will not return
I bought glasses for my children 3 weeks ago. They told me it would take 5 to 7 business days for the glasses to be in. I called every week and it was the same every week. We will get back to you is all I got. Finally I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it to me. They told me half the glasses are done. Bull crap. Then said medicaid doesn't refund.....I paid cash. I was insulted. And I am still waiting for their glasses. I give this business a thumbs down. I had to a least one star to submit it.
