Not the cheapest. But having said that, you get what you pay for with a convenient, accommodating, high-quality, friendly, professional, efficient, thorough, end to end design and installation process with a great team and impressive showroom. A special shout out to Ed who went over and above during the installation and left me feeling like a valued customer.
We got my mom a new bathroom with a walkin tub and it went so smooth from the initial consultation to the end. Phil was so great , communication was great.
We thought the work done by Philip was phenomenal. We love the bathroom. There are a couple of items that need attention. However we are not pleased with the work that Shane did. When I showed him the guest shower enclosure he started yelling at me. He did install adjustable hinges to compensate for having misaligned them. That really doesn’t fix the problem. Steve tells me nothing can correct the shower door so we live with it as it is.
Replaced old bathtub with a new walk-in shower. We had a good experience with the designer. The installer kept us informed along the way and provided good solutions when he ran across a few issues. We’ll be able to use the new shower later today.
