We met Recentlywith Steve Poulin to discuss residential solar options. Steve was personable and professional, thorough and patient with our questions. I encourage you to seriously consider Pouln Design if you are considering solar.
From start to finish on my shower and bathroom remodel, the people at Poulin Design Center were absolutely amazing and professional. The designer and project manager were very helpful and supportive every step of the way. The installers were very skilled, professional, and punctual. The finished new shower and cabinet above toilet look amazing! All I can say is, I should have done it sooner! Would highly recommend!!
The installer (Kevin), knows the products used on our project very well! He was professional, polite, listened. He explained what he was going to be doing. Communication was normally magnificent. We still have a few touchups to be completed and have not been contacted in the past month to schedule those tasks. We had a difficult time receiving feedback from design department.
I am leaving a neutral rating because they didn't do the work for us, but I'd hate for others to waste their time as we did. I'm very disappointed in the overall process to get an estimate. I met with a few other companies for this project. The intent is to replace cabinets and countertops with no layout change as well as replacing the pantry with cabinets.
