Poulin design was amazing. They were so friendly and patient with all of my questions. I never felt pressured and they provided a lot of helpful information. One of the owners helped me in figuring out what types of windows would work best for my needs. I got estimates from three different places and the prices were comparable or cheaper than some. Overall a good experience.
Chris did an excellent job on my conversion from my tub to a shower. He was so good about explaining the process step-by-step. I’m amazed that he did all of this by himself. I have the most beautiful shower, which I am Immensely enjoying.
This was our sixth remodeling effort with Poulins Design Center. We keep going back because Poulins always matches craftsmen with the unique skills needed to perform the work. This last effort was no exception. The work performed by Chris and Andres far exceeded our expectations. If you need any remodeling, you can't go wrong with Poulins!
The work was outstanding. Tub shower conversion.
High cost for walk-in tub and longer than expected wait time. However, we are still pleased. Great customer service. Great open line of communication. Leo and Chris were great and my grandmother gave them praise for their great service. You get what you pay for and this is high quality. Much appreciated team.
