They do not respect their word as well as not doing their part of the job. I got my appointment days in advanced and got a call the day before to "confirm it". When I showed up to receive my vaccine, after being there for a while filling out the information, and the required paperwork, the nurse simply said, "we do not have it and we do not know when we are getting the refill", and just gave me two options where are going to cost me a good amount of money in order to get them. We called a week and a half and were given an appointment for today 11/14 @ 1430. We arrived 15min early to find a written note with a marker saying they are close and will be back tomorrow at 8am. This an insult and very unprofessional especially from a government entity.
Rude! I was seeking a polio vaccination for an adult. The lady said that they don't offer them and that they do not know how to get it. WOW! (Our tax money at work)
