The repairmen, Isaiah, failed to mention a tear in the carpet after charging me an extra couple of hundred to restretch the carpet and supposedly repair it, He failed to mention the tear in the carpet, So I asked if he could install a new carpet. He then said, if I needed a carpet installed, he would do it; however, after scheduling it a week in advance, the morning he was to pick up the carpet, he was unwilling to load the carpet on his van roof and said he would get a truck by 12:00 noon. Isaiah and his helper were right on time and finished in the time frame that was estimated. I had loose carpet/ripples and they were able to stretch them right out. I'm glad I called him first before going another route like full flooring replacement. Price was right, service was great!They were very professional, helpful and I am completely satisfied with the work done. I highly recommend them!
