I booked a Sprinter Van two weeks in advance for a large group for transportation. I received three separate confirmation emails after booking, and called several times in the days leading up to the trip and was unable to get in contact with anyone. After landing at ABQ airport, I was told by an operator that my trip had been rejected despite reading them my confirmation number for the trip. No alternative or help was offered. Wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone with a pulse.
